The P.H.G. Muncipal Arts & Science College, Kalol was established by Shree Kalol Taluka Kelavani Mandal, Kalol (N.G.). The Entrance of North Gujarat is kalol. Kalol is education and Financial hub of North Gujarat. Kalol was established in 1886.

Management: Shree Kalol Taluka Kelavani Mandal was established on 11th January 1935 with the moto to develope kalol as an educational hub of Gujarat. This trust has celebrate it's platinum jubili year in 2006. The members of this trust has never seen back to develop the education. This trust has given great role to build kalol. Right now this trust handles eight educational institute.
